I had the absolute pleasure of using this company for service for my refrigerator. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I have a 20 year old refrigerator & was skeptical about finding someone to come out because it was old. I called & John picked up immediately. No automated system, but a live person..yay! I explained that the refrigerator was not cooling as normal. He was very helpful over the phone. He came out the next day. He was very kind, courteous & reasonable. The vents needed a good cleaning.
