I’m not a customer that likes to complain or leave bad reviews ,but this time I have to because I felt so ripped off.I went in for color and my son went in for a perm .The stylist who did my hair left black patches in between my hair and in the back (mind you I have blonde hair )She did such a horrible job on my son’s perm that when we got home the curls went flat .I text her to let her know and she agreed to redo it again .When we walk in I told her about mines and my son’s hair and she got so aggravated and gave me an attitude.I will never go to this salon again .They over charge you and their services are not worth it .I paid 270 for this ,money wasted on something...read full review

This was my daughter's first time getting her hair done at a JCPENNEY salon. Kassett did my daughter's hair and she was nice, but I believe she overcharged us. My daughter paid $80 for a silk press and $25 just to get her split ends trimmed, totaling $105. This was pretty pricey and this does not look like a silk press and trimming her ends should have been included in the $80, and then she had the nerve to ask for a tip...really...our own stay robbing one another. Needless to say we won't be back.
