This review is a little late, but I wanted make sure J & R got the credit that they deserve.
I got excellent service from J & R back in June 2024 when the temperatures were soaring.

I'm an out of town landlord. I own a 2 year old rental home in McDonough, GA. I don't know too many people in town and didn't know which AC company to trust.

I believe I just witnessed the worst driving I’ve ever seen by a contractor vehicle today 7/30/24 on 316 near Lawrenceville. Vehicle was driving approximately 65mph only 5 feet from the car in front of them then decided to change lanes to go around them and they merged back over nearly into the side of the car they were passing. Almost caused a really bad wreck. 3 stars for maybe providing good hvac services.

Used J&R heating and cooling for an emergency repair. I had to replace coils in one of my 3 ton units as well as recharge it. J&R came out next day to do the diagnostic and two days later for the repair once the part was delivered. The price was reasonable and the service was good.
