Joe and Robin are a fantastic team. They worked us in when our AC died and got a new system installed and running in roughly 6 hours! Very professional and high quality work. We now have a maintenance plan with them to keep our system running at its best!

I got excellent service from J & R back in June 2024 when the temperatures were soaring.
Here's my story...
I'm an out of town landlord. I own a 2 year old rental home in McDonough, GA. I don't know too many people in town and didn't know which AC company to trust.
I got a call from my tenant in early June. He said that the outside AC unit was making weird noise and needed attention. I called a contractor that had excellent reviews on Google. I believe I just witnessed the worst driving I’ve ever seen by a contractor vehicle today 7/30/24 on 316 near Lawrenceville. Vehicle was driving approximately 65mph only 5 feet from the car in front of them then decided to change lanes to go around them and they merged back over nearly into the side of the car they were passing. Almost caused a really bad wreck. 3 stars for maybe providing good hvac services.
