Booked an appointment online, only to be sent to another location, which was a barber shop.When I arrived at my scheduled appointment the guy did not know what was going on. He said his sister sent him another client that he had to do eye brow tinting for at the same time and he had to take her, althought I was there first. No steps to remedy the situation, do to this unprofessionalism, I'll look for another location.
