The sales team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, the installation team was polite, professional and installed the carpet with expertise and the carpet looks great! I had flooring installed last April by this company. They did a really good job and gave a competitive quote. The people in the office and the installers were easy to do business with. I recommend them for new flooring.

The folks at FF&W are wonderful. We picked out a flooring and once installed, the color just wasn't right. I had a sleepless night. I thought I would have to live with it. I went back to the store to check on the color, thinking maybe there was an issue with the lot I received. there wasn't. Tracy made some suggestions and was so willing to help. We pulled up the flooring, replaced and carpeted another area -- all in, I was shocked how little extra it cost to redo the flooring completely! We will reuse the original flooring elsewhere to boot! it looks gorgeous! We had a slight issue with the cuts from the drain tile, and the next day, it was fixed.
