Service is good. I get my chin and upper lip waxed. I like if they see stubs the wax didn’t get, they will thread to get the extra hard to get hairs. Always friendly and attentive.
Asked for the mini facial which was supposed to be $25. Person giving the facial put the products all around my eyes (which should have been covered) and got grit under my eyelid. Was supposed to take only 30 minutes but I’m in there for an hour and get charged $45 with an eye full of sand. Was supposed to come with a free eyebrow thread but I asked her to do chin instead. Had the person done what I asked for I would have paid $25 for a facial and tipped $15. Instead I paid $50 and have to leave this review because I’m pissed. Three stars only because my earlier visit to get my brows done was performed by another worker who knew what she was doing.
I love this place, both ladies are very nice and do an amazing job at threading. I have moved further from this location and I always come back because I can’t find no one that can consistently do a great job like them.
