Would give zero stars if I could. Had a blocked sewer line, they sent 2 young guys out who ran a snake down my toilet drain, with no success, went outside and searched for half an hour to find clean out cap ,again with no success . Then I was told I would have to get the city of PTC to locate drain line and they would return to finish the job. Wrote them a check for $160 and they left. Out of desperation I called a different company who came out the same day found the clean out cap and took care of the problem and it cost me another $200 plus.
