I had a defective Delta bathtub spout, could not find a replacement in stock anywhere. Went to Covenant searching for replacement. Ian Chapin informed me that Delta had a lifetime warranty on their products.He ordered it for me and had it shipped to my home free of charge. Very professional. Recommend Covenant for all your plumbing products.

WOW! I haven’t seen above and beyond customer service like this in a very long time.Ken and Ian are superb Customer Service oriented folks. They stayed after hours for me to help .It was urgent bc I was flying out next day and my Plumber needed valves for rough-ins first in the morning.Ian is making a special trip on his way in from ATL tomorrow to bring 1 of the 2 parts and I can say THANK YOU enough or WOW enough!If all stores had quality customer service like this one, the world would be a much better and happier place. Thanks so much for the save guys.
