Clay Plumbing does the things you wish other contractors would do- they communicate like normal people, show up when they say they're going to, and get the job done quickly without making a mess.David + Bill recently helped me put my bathroom back together after another contractor pretty much wrecked everything in it. They replaced a bathroom sink faucet, repaired a leak in my shower, and replaced a toilet. They took the old toilet away for me and all the packaging trash, and were even careful not to spill toilet water on the floor when transporting the old one outside. On time, kind, courteous and responsive. I feel safe in my house when Clay Plumbing is there. Not only are they excellent plumbers, but they are thoughtful and friendly as well. I called Clay Plumbing Friday around the time they open. David, the gentleman I spoke with met my husband at our house that morning because they had a cancellation. He and another gentleman assessed the matter, gave us some ideas to mitigate things and did not charge us anything since no work was performed. Most businesses would have charged a fee just for showing up.
