Did great siding work on my family's home. There was a lot of rot in the old siding and there was 95% replaced boards. I am pleased with his knowledge and professionalism. He built a closed in patio years ago and couldn't wait for him to start another project on our family home. He exceeded all expectations. Definitely recommend ?

This company has no integrity. I have had my deck for 4 months now and the poles are splitting up the middle. The rails of the deck also shake everytime i touch them. It doesn't feel stable and Ron has not returned my call or came to look at the splitting poles and rotten wood that he used to hold up the deck. The flooring that he used is also not what we agreed on at his office. The material and quality of work doesn't match the price. Not to mention that he never showed up on the date in the contract after receiving the deposit. He kept giving excuses as to why they didn't show up for work.

A friend recommended Backyard Structures to have our old deck removed and a new one installed. We didn't do any research or compare prices we just moved forward. The deck is beautiful but as a previous person wrote, FOLLOW-UP is horrible. They completed the deck 3 weeks ago and unfortunately we had a couple of issues and as of 2 days ago we were told I'll have someone out there by the end of the day. The end of the day was Tuesday and we've not heard or seen from Ron. My husband called on Monday no answer and was not able to leave message, I called Tuesday and he answered and gave me the above pact answer. He had an easy job from us no selling, he came he talked and we said yes, but.....now no talking and no follow-up!!!!
