I would give them zero stars if it would let me. I called on 4/4 spk to Sheri asked for manager to call, I called on 4/8 spk to Anna asked for a manager to call, and I called today and spk to Andrea and again for a manager to call. I have used them for over 12 years!! I would tell everyone to RUN!! we have had so many issues. NO MORE!!!!!

My name is Shermika Mitchell i use this service and im highly disappointed whatever service tg they provide for squirrels dont work here I am months later still with sleepless nights and days because its not efficient. The guy was great but the service does not work. Im really disappointed on top pf they locked a squirrel in and it has dug a whole in my bathroom ceiling.im at the point where why even call back its not helping as i type this this squirrel is trap and going crazy.
