Heath with Dickens Heating and Air sent his brother to replace two thermostats in a home I'd just purchased. They billed me over $500 through my contractor for installation and cost of 2 thermostats available online for $35 each. They were in my home a total of 15 minutes. When I called to discuss this exorbitant charge, they responded to my voice call by texting me "please text." I texted two times with no response. Several months later I found out that one of the two thermostats wasn't even wired in properly, causing problems with the system. So I just spent $120 dollars more to have the problem fixed. I would give this company zero stars. Didn't do the job properly, over charged, and provided zero customer service follow up.

Most awful company on earth!! Avoid at all costs!! They ignore you and don't stand behind their work!! They installed a unit for us and it stopped working about 3 months, then refuse to answer or return calls to fix it. Horrible people. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
