However today I received an EXCELLENT customer service experience at this facility from the moment I walked in being greeted (immediately) by Emily's smiling face! Tyisha was so professional, genuine, and VERY attentive while I explained the reason for my visit. Morine has lots of experience I can tell from her poise and quick attention to detail. Lastly, Michelle, my closing nurse sealed the deal with her personalized and amazing personality. I must say I was taken care of VERY WELL. I don't want anyone to have to visit Urgent Care, however, if you do - This team will take care of you! PERSONAL, SIMPLE, and CARING customer service!“
