Our dogs came to SFPC years ago and just recently came back this year from another corporate run vet clinic. My little guy Peyton was quoted almost 2k for dental work and extractions at the previous clinic. We were quoted much less for the same work and Dr. Nance even saved more of his teeth that the other place wanted to take out. She didn’t shame me for the poor state of his mouth and was very informative and compassionate. Her staff is always vivacious and sweet to me and everyone who walks in the door. Recently my girl Roxy was diagnosed with arthritis and Dr. Nance was very thorough and still very compassionate despite me being a puddle of tears when she told me.... read full review

My fur baby had an accident jumping onto the stairs. Came here to get x-ray to see if she was ok. Found out she broke her paw ? ? ?. Doctor & staff members reassured me that everything was going to be ok. They took my baby to the back and got her all better. Professional & attentive to your pets needs. I appreciate you all. Great service

SFPC has been treating my dogs for about 4 or 5 years now. What started out as a great experience ended on a bad experience. I was happy to find an African American veterinarian, she’s amazing and even the staff have been pleasant over the years. I liked them because it’s a one stop shop for all my pet needs and they accept Care Credit. Medication is very expensive though and they don’t accept care credit for that so that has been one con for me. But this year I don’t know what has been going on there. All of my dogs are on care plans. Which is where the issues started. One of my dogs care plan was linked to an account that had been closed and I forgot to update... read full review
