“Randy was suggested to us by our tile contractor Cain Curtis after he discovered electrical issues in our kitchen while prepping for the tile work. We were out of town but Randy was able to come over that day (on a Saturday) and diagnose the issue. He was able to explain what was going on over the phone that day but wasn't able to complete the work until the following week. We were scheduled for a 9:30a time slot the next week. “Called yesterday because I had an amateur try to take the tub spout off and twisted the copper pipe off inside the wall. Mike Stone tried to get someone out the same day but they were tied up and that’s ok. One of his guys came first thing in the morning and fixed it rather quickly even after cutting into the sheet rock. He left the bathroom clean as if he was never there.
