Natural Nails

Visited this salon for the first time while in town for a wedding. They were very busy when I arrived but Mary made the wait well worth it. She was very apologetic for the wait and did an outstanding job with my nails as well as educating about the area for places to eat and shop. Mary's customer service was Above & Beyond the expectation. She took her time to ensure that I was satisfied with the outcome. Thank you for a Great experience. If I'm ever in the area again I plan to revisit.

Almost didnt come because of the negative reviews, especially about the dogs being in the salon. But they were not there when I came around 7pm on a weekday. I live in the neighborhood and didnt feel like driving to camp creek to get 2 broken nails replaced. The lady did a great job shaping my nails. It actually looks better than the original. Will come here again when I need a quick basic fix

I always go, because it's convenient at times but most of the time Anna is the only one doing nails in there.... Sometimes the guy helps her but majority of the time it's just her and maybe her and I dont wont a child working on my hands because the minute they cut you. All they will say is I'm sorry.... Not good enough but by me always coming she try to stop what she is doing to take care of my eyelashes or eyebrows. She's over worked but I guess she's use to it by now. Oh and you have to excuse the dogs they have running around in there ‍♀️
