I came in to this establishment today with a semi emergency, being someone who has very little knowledge with cars. I called a head of time to make sure they had time to take care of me which luckily they did, so as soon as I walked in I was greeted pleasantly! I am un sure of the man’s name who was running the front desk but he was a pleasure the entire time. He kept me updated with what he was doing, what his findings were and took care of me in a timely manner knowing I was on break from my job and was on a short time crunch. The service was awesome from the techs to the support staff. I highly recommend this location for any auto service needed.
Again, I visited this location on (Tuesday) 11-19-24 to replace a front blinker bulb. Two techs and the manager were very helpful to diagnose that my issue had to be more serious than imagine. They were able to assess that I was given the wrong bulbs by Auto Zone last week. Also, they inspected at my newly installed engine by Kia In Lagrange (three weeks ago)and clearly showed me that my starter was not replaced but, was willing to ensure any possible issues related to the connection parts outside of newly install was properly inspected...read full review
