I bought a package for 5 massages and haven't been able to get one. She cancelled on the 1st one and I let that go and reschedule because I know things happen but she never showed up for the 2nd one and I sat at the spa waiting for an hour and now I can't reach anyone.
Booked my daughter a spa party and it was amazing the set up , the food , the decor everything was perfect. We absolutely loved our facials and massages. The spa party was amazing. Will book again
Erica did a fantastic job in the reflexology session that I had on 11/12/19. However, when you have an appointment, I suggest that you either call or text to let them know that you are in the parking lot so they can open the door for you. Where their desk is situated, they cannot hear you knock. And for the security of a single woman staffing the spa, keeping the door locked is the safest thing.
