“Thank goodness Dr Edwards is my physician. I do recommend Dr Edwards , hes great , hes helped my husband in more ways i can count , However had to come in to see Dr.Caughman due to Dr Edward being out of the office and DID NOT like him , he seemed to have no sympathy to my 7 year old daughter who was bawling her eyes out in front of him because she was in so much pain which turns out she needed a heavy root canal, told me he was too busy to help do her root canal, THEN WHY BRING ME IN TO SEE HIM, waste of my time ?! told me i wouldnt find anyone to do it that day , jokes on him cause i did .“

“I cannot thank the staff at Southern Smiles enough for being honest, easy to work with, and truly caring for my son when bringing him in as a new patient needing an emergency procedure. We are newer to the area so did not have an established pediatric dentist. I had been to multiple offices with little guidance and long wait times for an appointment but the Southern Smiles staff quickly calmed my fears, evaluated my son to better understand his treatment plan and worked with us to get care as soon as possible. I cannot thank them enough for their patience and guidance. My son was nervous as this was all new to him and now he cannot wait to go back for each visit.
