I loved loved loved my experience here with Ms. Yasmin! (Sp). I’ve never had a more personalized experience when getting lashes. Most just show you what they can do without finding out what you want but not her! Detail oriented from the moment you walk in. She explains the basic styles but encourages you to make it your own by finding out the look you’re really trying to achieve. She gives you the different options to achieve what you’re going for and it makes you feel super confident in your decision. Based on my initial experiences with the location and appointment issues and availability of technicians, I would give 2 Stars. This area needs to be addressed, as well as the piped music. It’s not my taste, but it’s the same every appointment. Regarding the work, once Jayda became my technician, I have received numerous compliments on my lashes. They are very natural looking and expertly applied. Jayda is extremely talented and takes pride in her work product. She makes sure I am happy with my lashes. My lashes the first time we're done incorrectly by someone who was moving away, I called because my lashes were looking sparce after 3 days. They immediately scheduled me with Shry at no charge to me she removed my lashes and gave me a whole new set. She was great and very thorough and my lashes turned out gorgeous. Glad to say they stand behind their service and have great customer service! I'm not photogenic but these lashes are killer!!!!
