I don't usually, but I needed a last minute appointment. The receptionist who answered the phone at Spectra was very friendly and helpful and did not make me feel like I was a nuisance (as the first salon I called did, but things work out for a reason, because I was able to get an appointment here instead). They were able to fit me in and Colleen did a beautiful job cutting and styling my hair! She was so friendly and I never felt rushed. They just gained a new client. Thank you for the wonderful service!

The old saying glad you dropped in well I literally dropped in. I opened the front door stubbed my toe and fell onto the floor. I was immediately helped to get back on my feet. The young stylist was so concerned and made sure I was ok. Seeings that I was a bit nervous about seeing a new stylist I was afraid this may be a sign telling me I had made a mistake on getting my hair cut ,colored and styled. Francis came to the lobby with a sweet smile and said she was ready for me. She put me at ease and began. Trust me she had her work cut out for her. I'm new to Ellijay and I'm so glad I found Frances at Spectra. She listens, finds out what I want, goes with what my hair needs and I get a great cut. Her prices are more than reasonable, and she is a very kind, warm hearted person.
