I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and never disappointed. The staff are all friendly and my nail tech is the best! Tina is great all around, very friendly, listen to what you want and make certain you’re happy before you leave.
Stylist: Tina is the absolute best!!!
This was the third time I have visited this salon. First time, I got a pedicure that was nice. Second time I was charged for services I was not aware had an additional charge. Today was my last time going. I asked for a full set and a pedicure. I told them I wanted the service advertised on the price list for both. They asked me what shape. I told them. I said, but I want my nails short. I pay my bill and I have $15 added for gel polish on my feet, $10 added for length, and $10 added for shape. My nails are okay.....just okay. But, I feel violated by these people. Nails have gotten so high lately. Avoid this place. If they were more upfront with pricing, I would review from a different perspective. I would just tell you that they are very costly. Because they are sneaking things in....DO NOT GO!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Should have read the reviews before I went here, just got my nails done. I have a wedding this weekend I don't do this very often however, I wanted to get a pedicure and now I have to get it redone. It took a min to get her to ask someone about an American and I said I just don't what a really bright white like French, I want it to look more natural. She consulted with a young man for translation.... The lady I had was very nice, but I don't think she knew what she was doing. The photos will show what I got. I didn't realize what she was doing until she had painted the set and I stopped her. Tried to explain and she didn't understand and so I just told her don't paint anymore. This was one coat so don't judge that, I am going to remove it now. I didn't let her paint my fingernails. It was $54 I think, and not worth it. Too bad, it's conciéncieme to my house.
