From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the kind receptionist/vet tech, who was so compassionate and understanding. She explained that the vet was scheduled for surgeries but assured me they would do their best to squeeze my cat in. Dr. Mathis took her back and was incredibly professional, direct, and efficient. When it came time to check out, I was very surprised by the affordable cost, showing that they truly prioritize the well-being of pets over profit.
