I called early evening on a Saturday night when it was 91 degrees, desperate because our air was out. A tech came within an hour and had the problem diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes. Outstanding response.
It’s never fun when you lose your AC when it’s 90 degrees outside, especially with 3 little ones under 6. The folks at McGee went above and beyond to take care of us. From Christopher getting us scheduled quickly, JD the technician identifying and explaining the problem, and Phil who was absolutely incredible getting us lined up for a new system. It’s hard to imagine how an inconvenience could end up any better than what we experienced with this group and we are so grateful. Highly recommend!
Phoned and set up service call. Technician (Isaac) came the next day on time and had unit issues checked and repaired in an hour. Very satisfied with service. Isaac seemed very knowledgeable and was very courteous! Thank you!
