Sharon Derrick was very courteous, knowledgeable of the real estate market, provided us with updates every other week on activities occurring on our lake lot and made the sale experience seamless and stress free.I highly recommend her to all of my friends.

Sharon was wonderful to work with. From the start she was responsive and always in touch to keep me updated on our purchase and sale that were both occurring at the same time. She went over and beyond on two occasions to seal both deals. Highly recommend in the Lake Oconee area!
