Chandi assisted me with the recent sale of my property in Georgia. I had previously used a different realtor, but was unable to sell the home for some reason. I took it off the market for about a year, then decided to put it on again, but this time, I hired Chandi. She was relentless in her job. She made good suggestions, about maintenance issues as well as pricing issues. She even got a contractor involved to give us an estimate for something that would encourage potential buyers to make an offer. Her strategies worked, and I am happy to say I closed on the sale last Friday. Chandi is a great realtor and anyone who has a home they would like to sell in the Eatonton/Greensboro, Georgia area should hire her. You won't be disappointed.
