We had two 50 gal water heaters in our attic which were 11 years old and near the end of their life. We were concerned about having a big leak above our living space, so we chose to install a whole-house tankless water heater in our utility room on the ground floor. Bobby Burns had considerable experience with such systems and recommended a Navien gas unit, one of the best available. Although more expensive than simply replacing our existing tank heaters, we were happy for the peace of mind of no longer having 100 gallons of water over our heads. Bobby has installed a couple of water heaters over the years and he re-piped my entire house to eliminate the blue pipe He was able to do this without tearing up the slab. I would use him again.
