I contacted Swiftwater Softwash hoping that I could get the oak and pine pollen off of our house and the nearly black grime and mold off of our driveway. Swiftwater was very quick to give me a detailed estimate, explaining their “softwash” process and listening closely to several special areas that we needed them to work around. The work was performed as detailed and on the schedule promised. Great responsiveness by both Rachael, the owner, and Andrew, the crew chief. House looks great, and my wife is very happy! The entire staff at Magnolia Medical are great. I try to get routine chiropractic care and have visited many different offices over the years due to moving across states. At this place they seriously treat you like family. When I've been in pain they've gotten me in very quickly which is very much appreciated. Little things like greeting you by name when you walk in the door and Dr. Haley even walks up and greets you in the waiting room instead of like most offices where they just call out your name. I see Dr. Haley and Chelsea their NP and I highly recommend them both. They explain everything clearly and are gentle which is very important to me. Sabrina in the front office is great as well and makes sure I always leave with my next appointment scheduled. I'm one of those people who reads reviews before buying things or trying something new so I wanted to share my experience! Couldn't recommend this place more

We could not be happier with the service, price and technical expertise. Our well pump died the day after July 4 (a Friday, no less), so it was hard to find anyone who was working that day. I spoke to Joel, who said he was too slammed to get to us that day, so I said I would keep looking and call back if I needed them. Got an insane quote from a competitor and was wondering what to do when Joel texted on Friday night and asked if we still needed help. I was floored at the follow-up! He was there Sat. sooner than promised, clearly explained what had to be done and gave a clear, reasonable estimate. Returned on Sun. with an assistant and replaced pump, valve, etc in about 2 hours. A very rare experience these days - great work!

He was professional, thorough, and wanted to ensure we were 100% satisfied before leaving our home. In today's world it is difficult to find service at this level.

We were so impressed with this crew from start to finish. First of all, Nath Bacon came out to give us the estimate. He was knowledgeable about our particular tree removal job, and was very cordial. Grooming Service is top notch. Appointment was kept as scheduled and entire staff is wonderful. Our dog had back surgery years ago and is challenging to groom. We travel quite a distance to their facility because our Atlanta vet groomer wants to heavily sedate our pet for grooming.
Was in town golfing with family and kept getting trased about my unruly mop. Headed to James' for a quick cut. Not only did Tina give me a great haircut but was pleasant and funny too. She provided some historical details about the area as well as providing some nice recommendations on places to vist and eat.
Mr.Bernard and his staff were excellent during the passing of our mother. The staff were compassionate and took excellent care of our mother she never looked more beautiful. Then his staff traveled many miles to conduct her service which was very professional and done with loving care. We the family can’t express how appreciative and pleased we were with your entire service provided during this very difficult time.

I am a new patient to Dr. Miller's practice. Tuesday (15th) was my second visit for 6 month cleaning and check up. A very pleasant atmosphere in the whole office. Everyone is jolly and so precious. Danielle, the hygienist(?) who cleaned my teeth is just adorable and so thorough yet gentle. Dr. Miller is just a smile a minute. I believe I shall enjoy coming to dental visits from now on!
UPDATE: Dr Hopkins has moved to South Athens Animal Hospital to be much closer to his home. We moved our dog’s files to there to stay with him. He’s that good.
So I’ve heard ppl say that didn’t love the vet they had here, but I have Dr Hopkins and he’s really good. He cares for one thing. He’s reasonable about your pets care also. My dog is almost 14 and no one can believe it. I do recommend Dr Hopkins.

Great dentist! & great staff! I told him he should be a pediatric dentist after he finished my extraction. I felt no pain. I am terrified of needles and did not feel it at all! I will forever use Dr. Oliver for my dental needs.
Amazing experience and great staff. This was the only vet clinic in my area to take my sick kitten in for an exam to find out what was wrong the same day. Super time efficient and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Definitely recommend this clinic!
Amazing Service!! We got $20 manicures (without polish), and pedicures. My nails are so soft and the attention to detail is incredible. Very kind people and a very nice place.
this is my first bad review that I’ve ever given to anyone. Do not take your car to this guy. He screams and cusses and complains constantly and blames everything on the car and you rather than fixing it. He made my situation so much worse putting things in my car that it did not need only to have it for three weeks charge me $300 and give me a car that wasn’t working. Now because of this rip off artist with the worst attitude ever I cannot believe he owns this business and is still in business. I just don’t understand. Anyway, I’m a mess with a broken down car and he made it a lot worse cutting wires and duct, taping them and stuff.
We are new to the Lake Oconee area and needed a place to vacuum our car. We found Suds by doing a quick Google search and I'm so glad we stopped by. It was super clean, vacuum stations were super functional and easy to use. There are even stands where you can clip your floor mats on so you can really get them clean. Will definitely be back.
