Hair type: I am African American with fine and thinning hair. Most of my past experiences have been okay, but not great. It is rare for me to find someone who knew what to do with my hair. Javier suggested a treatment, the perfect base color and highlights and style for me. My hair is now healthy and easy to manage.

Stylist: Javier was my stylist, and he is fabulous! We started with a consultation which was extremely helpful. Outside of knowing I wanted to cover the gray, I really had no idea what to do with my hair. I cannot stress enough, the importance of a good consultation. Taking Javier's advice and his expertise resulted in a fantastic experience and an outstanding outcome.“

“I've had two facials with Amari at the midtown location, and have left each time feeling so glowy and clear-faced! I decided this is the year of taking care of my skin, so Amari has been helpful with teaching me about what products would work best for my skin type, and explaining how to properly apply them. She also has been very gentle and has walked me through each step so I know what and why she is doing what she is doing. The space itself is really cute, and they have a great front desk staff. Excellent products for sale, and with the membership discount the products are affordable (and there's a good range in pricing from what I've seen). I've signed up for the membership and am looking forward to my monthly splurges!“

There is an intake form and COVID waiver (love that) that you have to fill out, so I would recommend arriving about 15mins early. The space was gorgeous, and my new esthie-bestie Q. My mother and father are 75 years old, and I was a little bit skeptical about booking appointment here because I had never been. But i must say I explained my concerns with Ms. Yaya, and she ensured me they would be taken care of. She also did a video chat with me and gave me a virtual tour of the spa. She was kind, sweet and patient. I had to cancel my parents appt 3x due to them being scared of their surprise and Ms. Yaya did not complain once. My parents and their friends enjoyed every bit of their spa day. They have not stopped talking about it and it's been over a week now. My mother has expressed multiple times that she felt like royalty, and she's never had that experience before. Her and my father have not stopped smiling about their spa day and how nice and caring everyone was. The technician also went out their way and sent me photos of them during their facial. I could not have been more grateful. What put the cherry on top there is a nice restaurant next door so right after their spa day they were able to eat and relax and talk with their friends before returning home.
