She manages her appointment times very well. I was extremely impressed with the fact that I never had to wait for my appointment to start. She did my post op lymphatic massages, and when I tell you she went above and beyond to give me the results I desired!! She was very knowledgeable about draining the remaining fluids, using different techniques and giving at home care instructions. My husband was also thoroughly impressed. After every session he’d mention how how visibly smaller I appeared. He says all the time Rachel’s hands are literally a gift from God. We love Rachel!“

Prior to finding The Rose Bloom, I was seeing a dermatologist and aesthetician but after years of treatments (and expensive ones at that ??) “Their business practices are pressure driven. They have a third party caller trying to get you to sign up and get a deposit from you. I was waiting for a house to sell and that was the condition I set. Once I sent the deposit, it was game on. The appointment for the procedure was made like 90 days out. When the deadline was approaching, i called to get a refund because the house had not sold. They wouldn't refund my $4500 for some lame excuse. It was well outside of 30 days, so I went to my bank and they did reverse charge because SR wasn't reasonable. SR had the balls to reach out to recharge so they could issue a refund. Nope.... And...they blocked me...I have the screenshot.“
