VCA Briarcliff Animal Clinic of College Park provides friendly service, with staff being knowledgeable and caring towards pets. While some clients have experienced long wait times, others have had positive experiences with the clinic's proactive approach to meeting regulations and requirements. However, some clients have noticed a change in staff demeanor, feeling that the new staff is not as friendly as before.
All the doctors are great! Very caring and listen well. Staff is supportive and responsive. Best care I've gotten from any veterinarian hospital. I love the new space. Very modern and clean. Big waiting area so you don't feel cramped.
VCA College Park has been absolutely wonderful throughout our months long process to complete paperwork and vet visits to import our dog to Indonesia. They are very friendly and patient whenever we have a question or need an appointment, they are extremely knowledgeable about all the requirements and regulations, they are proactive to call USDA and others to ensure they are doing the necessary steps, and they are super friendly and caring with my dog. They even fit us in at the LAST minute to complete one unexpected assessment the day of the flight. They have been just wonderful! We highly recommend VCA College Park!
Nowhere near as friendly and nice as they old staff. Not to mention the mind games to get extra care that’s not exactly necessary without even asking if you pet goes certain places and/or is around randoms … the nonchalant and dry personality from any employee will always run me off as a client/customer
