Today was our first time at Phoebe's and we are very excited to be regular clients. From my initial request for an appointment, drop off/pick up procedures, handling of my dogs, grooming and kindness from the front staff the whole process was excellent! One of my dogs has anxiety and typically comes home from grooming acting absolutely bizarre, I'm so pleased she doesn't seem bothered one bit by her grooming today at Phoebe's. Very thankful
I can’t say enough about this wonderful place! The grooming is exceptional for the price and the employees are wonderful and kind. We tried several other places in Dublin before finally taking our English Cocker Spaniel here and we will never go anywhere else. Thank you!
I’m new to the area and I needed my pets nails done. I stoped by the petsense at around 1:00 pm to inquiry and the groomer was already gone. I was given the number to call and make an appointment. When I called the lady said she was busy she had a dog on the table and had to called me back, I waited all day and the next day and there was no call back. I looked up Phoebe’s and she answer immediately and told me I could stop by anytime and that to me was very convenient. I asked for her least busy days. I came in first thing in the morning and all 3 of my girls nails were done. The next day I even stopped in with my friends dog and no problem he was done. The service... read full review
