“Today was our first time at Phoebe's and we are very excited to be regular clients. From my initial request for an appointment, drop off/pick up procedures, handling of my dogs, grooming and kindness from the front staff the whole process was excellent! One of my dogs has anxiety and typically comes home from grooming acting absolutely bizarre, I'm so pleased she doesn't seem bothered one bit by her grooming today at Phoebe's. Very thankful“
