I have been a customer of MGM for several years and I recently had my yearly maintenance check done on my heating and cooling system by them. They are always very professional, polite, and on time for the appointment. They answer any questions and solve any problems that I have had. Great company!
We’ve used Middle GA Mechanical for years now. Yesterday a young man named Jacob served as our technician. In a day when it seems people don’t want to work and when they do, it’s not always with a smile, Jacob was the exception. Right from the get-go, he was smiling, very polite and respectful. In assessing our needs, he proved knowledgeable and efficient. We could not have been more pleased with his service. Thank you, Jacob and Middle GA Mechanical!
Had something go out with our air conditioner.. called late in the afternoon about it and they sent someone first thing the following morning and had us bk and going in no time.. The Tech that came out was a guy named Zac and he was here, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and was gone within in hour or so.. 💯💪🏼🙏🏻
