Once a serious buyer was found, being the age of the house, there were numerous things found in the inspection that required fixing or mediation. Debra was diligent in getting everything out in the open, resolved, and even bringing some bad news to us, the sellers, to make things fair to the buyer. She presented everything factually and truthfully, letting us know that our decisions about repairs, negotiations were the right things to do - of which we gladly obliged. Again, she was looking out for our best interest as well as the buyers.We could not have asked for a better realtor, and Debra, we want to graciously thank you for EVERYTHING you did to get this closed.“
