I want to brag about this place !! Not only is it beautiful in there, but all of the techs are really good at their job! On top of all of that, they are always on time for appointments which is so important to all of us busy moms! They recently added a facial room- I got one a few weeks ago and it was amazing. The lady that does them is very knowledgeable and takes the time to ask you questions about your skin, skincare, and what you are looking for in your facial. And that time doesn't count towards your 60 mins either. I left there glowing!!
Overall, my experiences I've had at this salon have always been pleasant and enjoyable. I first came here on a whim and booked an appointment online because I needed my nails in regulation for work. Kim immediately assisted me upon arrival. I LOVE how you can book appointments online so you have an idea for how much the total service will be. I returned today for a SNS set and I was not disappointed!!
I found this salon on Yelp, of course. I went in and I had the hours wrong so I made an appointment to come back the next day. I had to push back my appointment because I had a meeting that was unexpected. They were very nice and moved it for me with no problem. The people here are really really nice. I just needed to get a pedicure and a fill on my acrylic nails with gel. I chose the prettiest black. I don't think I've ever seen a black as pretty as this. I can't tell you why it was prettier than any black I've ever used, but it just was. My nails turned out beautiful, the pedicure was amazing. I got the callus remover and it worked perfectly. My nails still look good with just a few minor imperfections a week later. Not a big deal. The reason that I'm giving four stars is because I felt uncomfortable asking for things like wanting my nails to be a little bit wider, but the guy that did my nails didn't think it could be done. I showed him a picture and said that the fill he was doing was on the nails in the photo that had the wider nails. And every time I would ask something or say something, which really wasn't that much, the woman that was at the front desk when I came in would come over. It felt kind of awkward like I wasn't really allowed to say what I wanted. I can't describe it, but I really thought everything was so great I just wanted to make sure that I got my nails the way that I wanted them because this was my first time visiting this salon. At any rate, I highly recommendthe salon. It's beautiful, they have great products, they do a great job as you can tell by the pictures. I just wish I hadn't felt uncomfortable asking for what I wanted. Also, excuse the tan, it was a bad spray tan. The nails and pedicure look amazing!
