For 9 years I worked private 1 on 1 with clients in their home, for the past 6 months I felt as if I needed a Company to work with because my clients were becoming more skilled and I know the importance of having a team of medical professionals, and not just a caregiver (dealing with colostomy bags, feeding tubes ect…). I applied with several agencies, but I did not feel the professionalism I was looking for, But when I walked into Kadan’s I knew this was the company for me.
