“I recently had a tree fall on my house damaging part of the roof. I called Mr. Roofer of Atlanta for an estimate and they responded with a quote for the job. It was determined that the roof just needed some new shingles and matting for the repairs. Mr. Jim Newman came out with his crew and had the job completed in a very short time. They provided me with photos of the damage and the work. Jim was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable for the entire time from the beginning to the end of the job. If I have any more roofing issues I will call this company first. Thank you!“

“Lee and Luis were great and I would definitely recommend.

I'm a new home owner and had a issue come up with one of our gutters and facia board becoming detached from the rafters of the house. Resulting in a open gap to our attic and the outside, plus when it rained the gutters would sag. This happened on a saturday late afternoon, the next day was mothers day and rain was coming. I researched and all the other companies were closed but Lee answered right away and we talked through it. Even better Luis was there to inspect like an hour later. I was so pumped they were so responsive. The estimate came in a day later which was fair compared to others and Luis was out the next day for the repair. It turned out great and they really helped me out of a tough spot. If this gutter came off my roof it would have caused so much more damage and would have been a nightmare. Because they were so quick it stopped this from becoming a much bigger issue.

Lee's service was awesome. He was always responsive and even personally came out to see the work and introduce himself. Also I wanted a return visit for a part of the repair and Lee could not have been nicer about it. Insisting they come back immediately at no charge. I can tell Lee and team are playing the long game to build up a good reputation rather than quick one offs. Thank you guys!“

“Back in February, my master shower leaked into the kitchen below. I was not happy as this new shower was only around 6 years old. So the insurance battle started. I found Brian and 5th Generation on a referral. We met and came up with a plan. It took the insurance company 4 months to come around, but all the numbers quoted in February were honored. Brian brought over Joseph as the project manager, and the work commenced as scheduled. In under 2 weeks, the shower was gutted ( its a large two headed walk in with a bench) plumbed, sheet-rocked, tiled, painted and door replaced, in under their time estimate. I was contacted and visited EVERY DAY by Joseph. Its very hard to find a good contractor or workers. 5th Generation was excellent in every respect.“

Anthony does a very professional job, keeps the lines of communication open, he’s always timely or in the rare event of a delay he is quick to keep us in the loop so that we’re never left in the dark. He has done many home repairs for us small and large. His most recent job was replacing all 36 windows in our home. It was a major project as our windows were very old and needed lots of repair outside of just replacing the actual windows. He hustled and did it in record time! “I hired these guys to repair and restore a large high rise porch in an eighty year old building made of concrete and plaster. They restored it by hybridizing it with stucco and then painting and sealing everything. They did a great work - it looks good as new, maybe better than in its been since the day I bought it.

These guys are very skilled at plaster, concrete, stucco and other "solid-state" material construction, which is a rare skill in Atlanta. In Atlanta, most construction crews specialize in building $500000 McMansions using $50000 in plywood and fake brick. Not these guys, they're the real deal and highly technically skilled.

While they are not specialized in electric or plumbing work they are my go to guys for painting, concrete, plaster, stucco, wood flooring, stone, tiling, sealing...pretty much everything other than electric or plumbing. Even if you already have handymen or contractors you work with I would recommend inviting these guys to evaluate any major contracts you are planning, they are very honest and humble and may provide you with good guidance and advise your regular crews may have overlooked.
Cannot recommend them enough, will definitely hire them to repaint my whole house and restore walls and columns in the future.“
