The technician, Alex arrived on time and performed the inspection of both fireplaces. He explained his recommendations clearly and advised estimates would be submitted to me in next few days. Im very pleased with his service thus far.

It’s very simple, really. Alex came to my house to check out our fireplaces. We have not turned on either of them. And within a half hour, everything was working wonderfully. Needless to say: we’re delighted. Thanks, Alex.

Pro company. Bought an older house, never been cleaned. Scheduling was easy. Tech sent text notifications to let me know ETA. Nir was great. Very professional and efficient. Cleaning was fast and effective. I knew cap needed to be replaced. Nir identified that, and then explained issue and provided options. Opted to have them replace cap and shroud.
