“Dr. Heard and his staff have exceeded my expectations and I am very pleased with them as my puppy's vet! During the exam Dr. Heard is very informative and so friendly with my puppy Milky, you can really tell that it is very important for him and his staff that Milky is comfortable and happy and not afraid of her vet visit. He also makes you feel secure that your pet is in good hands. What really stood out to me is that Dr. Heard really wants you as the pet owner to understand exactly what he is doing and involves you in your pets examination by explaining every single thing he does and by letting you help calm your pet during uncomfortable moments for the puppy like vaccinations. I have never seen a vet with such great bedside manner and I am so happy my puppy feels comfortable at the vet. Everyone is so kind and helpful and you can tell they all really love what they do. “Took my 8.5 year old Schnoodle to have some lumps examined. I called multiple places and they were all booked for at least a month. I wanted/needed to know sooner than later, if the lumps were bad. I put in a request on their portal and the next morning as soon as they opened I heard from someone. I called and was able to schedule an appointment for her a few days later. The process was easy as far as her being a new patient of theirs. The deposit wasn't outrageous. When we were arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff, and taken back to our room almost immediately. The vet that took care of my dog, had wonderful bedside manner, was thorough with her exam, explained everything to me in detail, a great veterinarian all around. I ended up getting her some shots that she needed. The team was super sweet and it was the first time she hasn't been scared when she's been handled & gotten shots. Peachtree Hills will be our permanent vet from here on out. I couldn't be happier to find such a caring place.“

“I like this hospital. I have never had a bad experience. I feel like they do care and they want to help. I runs a little differently than other places. They attend to you on a first come first serve basis. There may not always be a vet there but the nurses are there and very kind. I feel bad that others have had bad experiences but thankfully I have not. I also take my dog here for grooming. Maddie is kind and patient with my little guy. I dont always get the hair cut I want for him which kind of stinks but I havent had much luck with any groomer in the area either so maybe its me and my descriptions. I am more concerned that they treat him kindly and dont upcharge me if he is alittle snippy with them.“
