Would give it zero stars if i could. I just called to see if they could treat cervical lordosis and the woman sounded very shifty. She initially ignored my question and asked how I found them and wasn't satisfied when I said I found them thru their website. I asked her for more information about potential treatments for my condition and she hung up on me. Dodge a bullet and choose a different chiropractor.

UPDATE: Dr. Retchman contacted me after reading my review and apologized for the sub-par service I received. He seemed to genuinely care I have a nice experience with his office and he offered me a complimentary massage with a new therapist. I graciously accepted and received a much more effective full hour massage. I now feel I got what I paid/signed up for. I appreciate business owners that still care about customer service and satisfaction. Thank you Dr. Retchman!
