Vitality Physical Therapy

After weeks of massages and chiropractic adjustments, Heidi's dry needling and Redcord therapy got me functional again. Over the years I've taxed my neck and shoulders to the point where one wrong exercise or activity that strains it and can result in a shutdown that lasts a week or more. I would get some relief from massage therapy and chiropractic work, but it didn't seem to fix the problem. The myofascial trigger point dry needling actually loosened up my shoulders enough so I could function without pain. A process similar to acupuncture where she gets your trigger points (or knots as we call them) to release using needles. It really works. Incredible.... read full review
