Obsessed with Vitality Method Pilates Studio, by far the best Pilates studio I have ever experienced. Every instructor is extremely knowledgeable in classical Pilates, each teacher dedicates focus on all the little details within your body making sure your form is as correct as it can be. The owner, Joel is absolutely amazing, he’s truly created a wonderful studio that’s so welcoming yet puts you to work. You can really learn so much just from a few lessons and the more you practice with Joel and his instructors at Vitality Method, there is no doubt your body will feel stronger, more aligned, more flexible and less prone to injury.
