Kyle Blackburn truly went above and beyond for me in a way I was not expecting. In my first appt to file my taxes, I had several missing documents bc I was filing years of back taxes. He patiently guided me through signing up on the IRS website to figure out exactly what documents I needed when I came back the next time. But since I was not fully prepared he still took time to sit with me and educate me on taxes. We talked for about 2 hours and he was very patient in answering all of my questions. They see you as a person, not just a prospective client, from the time you first talk with them,. Wonderful kind staff. Carol was sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am not looking further.

Excellent service for several years. Carol is Excellent. Friendly staff, prompt, no long waiting, knowledgeable, explains everything, patient. Highly recommend Townsend Income Tax!!!
