Thunderbolt Carpet Cleaning

Jeff was great from the get go, the first professional I have felt with in a long time that I feel did not try to take advantage, upsell me or charge an unreasonable price for services. I called in and got a quote but had to wait a few weeks to book. I called back and he was able to accommodate the date I asked for. He updated me with arrival time via text. He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and the price was beyond reasonable so much so that I think he did my barstools for free. As long as he is in business I will be using him. 10/10 recommend!!

Long story short, was Having a very long week, AC stop working, decided to take a cool bath...Ran a bath, fell asleep, flooded my bathroom out to my bedroom. Called Thunderbolt Cleaning, they came out the same day! Decided to get my stairs and loft done as well. Couldn't be happier. He even recommended someone to come to repair my AC that came out the same evening as well...OMG...TOOK CARE OF THE CARPET, AND THE AC all from one call to Thunderbolt.
