I used to be a regular until I dropped off two pieces to be picked up that friday so 5 days later. I come to pick up the next friday (a week later) to see that neither of my pieces were ready. She said they will be ready that friday (which is already 3 weeks at this point). She told me for both a pieces it will be $86. My mom (another regular ) had to pick them up because i was out of the country and they made her pay $100 instead of the $86. I would’ve been okay with the pick up day and price if they told me ahead of time. They kept changing the pick up day and price. All that just for the dress to be shorter than measured and the jumpsuit not even fully finished....read full review

IDK why this place has such low ratings. I've brought my son's ROTC uniform here at least 6x in the last year - each time with huge stains on it because he's a teenage boy lol and each time they've cleaned it to a pristinely new condition and it only costs me $7 per piece. I've also brought vintage items in that needed cleaning ASAP before a last minute trip (like I gave less than 48 hours time) and they cleaned it for me without any fuss and any upcharge. I like to support this place because it is a small, woman of color owned business with decent prices that is close to my neighborhood and they get the stains out and the job done.
