Great experience at the Duluth Sugarloaf location. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Fehmida was super helpful in finding just the right frames. And because she was so helpful I decided to get prescription sunglasses as well.

This is an amazing location. I came here after being completely screwed over by America's Best in Duluth, and my experience here was like night and day. First, Genobia, who answered the phone and conducted my eye care business with the best customer service I've experienced in a long time, was so amazing. She setup accounts for me and my children on my work break! At my actual appointment, I received equal customer care. I highly recommend this location for eye care.

I have been going to this practice for many years. When the practice was sold to My Eye Doctor, the service, staff and competence of the staff declined. I ordered glasses and after I paid, I noticed some insurance fee on the receipt that I wasn’t made aware of nor agree to. Also, the doctor gave me a pair of contact lenses to try, but the prescription wasn’t correct in the right eye. I called the practice and stated I needed a stronger RX for my right eye and they told me they would order the lens and call me when it was ready. I picked up the lens a few days later and it was the same lens! When I explained to the staff the error they acted as if I were speaking French.... read full review
