Every time I have placed a service call I have received prompt attention, knowledgeable expertise from the technician assigned. Its a one call since the bring all the parts needed, and then some. They go on and beyond the call of duty. Specially Jesus Paulino who really educates me on the process, and services.
SOS has been great to work with. They are very quick to respond to service calls and the techs that arrive are always nice to work with, in addition to actually knowing what they are doing! We use them for our office printers and it's great to know that they have us covered - it's one less thing that I have to worry about. Highly recommended.
