An initial phone conversation with an advisor in the Alpharetta, Georgia branch seemed promising and an in person appointment was set up for the following week. I came down with food poisoning before that appointment and contacted the advisor to reschedule, both by voicemail and email. Never heard back from him. Shoddy way to do (or not do) business and to treat clients.

Slow to answer phone if at all.
